01

The practice

Marcus has 15 years in software, with the last several focused on GoHighLevel implementations. The practice in its current form — fractional, time-and-materials, Slack-first — launched in 2026, modeled after a 25-year-old higher-ed consultancy.
Two senior consultants — Marcus Wilson and Kwame Casey — plus a VA who handles operations (invoicing, scheduling, hour-pack tracking). Every client interaction is with Marcus or Kwame. Neither of us is a junior. Neither of us is learning GHL on your dime.
No. We're an independent consulting practice that specializes in GoHighLevel implementations. We have no commercial relationship with HighLevel, Inc., and we don't resell GHL licenses.
Yes — that's the whole point of the practice. Depth over breadth. We've seen enough sub-accounts to recognize the patterns. A generalist who works in five platforms can't do that.
02

How we work

A GHL agency sells you a retainer and runs your marketing for you. We sell you hours and make your team faster inside GHL. You keep the wheel; we make the platform do what you need it to do.
A private Slack channel per client is the primary communication. A shared task tracker (Notion, ClickUp, or whatever you already use). Loom for async walkthroughs. DocuSign for SOWs. Stripe for hour-pack and audit checkouts.
Same business day, usually within a few hours. We're a working channel, not a 24/7 hotline. We don't guarantee response on weekends or after hours, and we don't bill for being on call.
Yes. Confidentiality is built into the MSA, and we're happy to sign your NDA template if you have one. Standard for client work.
Tier 1 of our work intake. Anything ≤30 min and ≤$100 we just do — post in Slack ("seeing this, fixing now, ~10 min"), do the work, log the time. The fix happens before the email asking permission would have arrived.
We stop at the top of the estimate and check in. You decide whether to keep going. We do not silently overrun and surprise you on the invoice — that breaks the model.
03

Pricing & billing

For hourly work: nothing. We invoice monthly for actual hours worked, Net 15 (solo/SMB) or Net 30 (agencies). For prepaid hour packs: paid upfront via Stripe and used down over their rollover window. For the $297 Discovery Audit: paid upfront, fully credited if you become a client.
You don't get an invoice that month. There's no minimum and no retainer. The Slack channel stays open. Pick back up whenever you need us.
$175/hr for standard work. $160/hr if you prepay 10 hours ($1,600, 90-day rollover). $155/hr if you prepay 25 hours ($3,875, 6-month rollover).
Because at $50/hr you're paying a junior to learn on your sub-account. At $175/hr you're paying a senior to ship the fix in less time than the junior would have spent setting up. The rate is intentionally higher than freelancer rates and lower than agency-equivalent rates.
There's nothing to cancel. We work month-to-month. If you stop messaging the Slack channel, the engagement is on pause. You're only ever obligated to pay for hours already worked or hours already prepaid.
04

Fit & onboarding

If you run on GoHighLevel, probably yes. We've worked with home services, marketing agencies, coaches, fitness studios, and B2B service businesses. The unifying trait isn't industry — it's that the buyer already knows what GHL is and what they want it to do.
Often, yes. Start with the $297 Discovery Audit — we'll walk through the sub-account live, give you a written punch list, and tell you honestly whether it's rescuable or worth a rebuild.
Discovery call → MSA signed (one-time, governs all future work) → Slack channel created → shared task tracker created → first ticket. Most clients are in their Slack channel within a week of the discovery call.
No. The whole point is no retainers. Pay for productive time, nothing else. If you find yourself spending $1,750+ a month consistently, an hour pack is the right move — but you're still buying hours, not a retainer slot.
